Excellent customer services. The waitress (Love Leen) is a great waitress. She is so helpful and friendly to everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel to stay in Bedford. I feel so comfortable staying at this hotel and I would love to come back anytime.❤️

Love hospitality of Denice and sanja….best stay ever in England. Extremely nice and best in UK. Especially special needs due to unique culture we belong to. But far away from home town, to get things closest to your home is a treat and thats the best thing about the stay

I like thr hotel very much. Staffs are very coopertive. Would like to mention few names as Sanja, Denise and Moin were very cooperative and help us in many ways as possible. They alway go Miles to help us support to beat of their capacity. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nice view & services..Elizabeth was extremely supportive through our stay. One of the best in town. I have been staying here for last weeks & happily willing to extend my stay for another two weeks. Had an Excellent experience during my stay at Mercure Bedford. Denise and Sanya were extremely were hospitable and helpful and ensured that I had a comfortable stay. Iam a solo traveler and felt extremely safe and at home. Thanks for a wonderful experience!!!
